John founded Essential Investing in 2015.  The goal of the firm was to apply the lessons he’s learned in business and investing, combined with his personal convictions, to create a unique firm which provides exceptional value to its clients.

John lives with his wife and four children in Phoenix, AZ.  In 2006, he completed his Bachelors of Science in Mathematics at Arizona State University and returned there to complete his MBA in 2012.

Jarrod lives with his wife and three children in Phoenix, AZ. In 2010, he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Biola University in California. He completed his Masters of Sciences in Psychology at California Baptist University in 2012. Jarrod has an extensive background in overseeing federal grant funding and stewarding those funds for treatment services within the State of Arizona.
